Three Words for Japan

The Three Words Project was created in connection with the Flight of Friendship Japan. The mission of Flight of Friendship Japan is to give hope and encouragement to the people of Tohoku following the Great Earthquake and Tsunami, March 11, 2011.

In conjunction with this Japan effort, the 3 Words Project was undertaken by Lynn Yarne and Juliet Moran to try to convey in a simple and home-grown way the feelings of diverse Oregonians who wish to send hope and empathy to the survivors of that historic disaster. They hope the over-lying message is clear. . . the people in Oregon send you their love.

Special thanks to Marv and Rindy Ross for the use of "Rise Above" and to Fujii TV for permission to use the theme song for "From Oregon with Love"
